Co-founders Brett Ender and Harry Gray were baseball teammates and good friends in college. As they progressed through their respective careers they kept in touch, often discussing health, training, and Brett’s battle with an "Incurable” autoimmune disease.

As Brett took his health into his own hands by exploring and Implementing holistic and alternative medicine practices, they launched a podcast focused on health. In tandem with their podcast, they began creating content on X. Since then, they have amassed more than 150,000 combined twitter followers and 100,000s of podcast downloads.

As their personal brands grew, health and wellness brands began organically asking them to take over their X accounts to help build an organic following and create a strong brand voice.
